[morc] Reminder: Trail Work Day at Battle Creek, Saturday September 4th

Dear MORC Members:

This is a friendly reminder that a Trail Work Day is scheduled for Battle Creek on Saturday, September 4th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The primary project will be hardening of the "wall of death" downhill corner.  The plastic matting we tried at this spot isn't holding up very well, so we're going to put in some rocks.  The project will result in a far more sustainable trail segment that will also be more aesthetically pleasing and technically challenging.  We need a good turnout for this session, as we can't afford to leave the project half-completed.  We will meet in the Battle Creek Community Center parking lot at 8:45 AM.
